Welcome to The Setup Garage. By purchasing and downloading any setup bundles or single setup packs from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

These terms and conditions govern the sale and use of setup bundles and single setup packs provided by The Setup Garage.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
2. Refund Policy
Bundles: Once a bundle file has been downloaded, refunds are not accepted.
Single Setup Packs: Once a single setup pack file has been downloaded, refunds are not accepted.
If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact our support team via Discord for assistance.
3. Product Details
Bundles:
Each bundle contains at least 1 safe qualifying setup, 1 safe race setup, 1 esports qualifying setup, and 1 esports race setup for all tracks in the game unless marked differently in the product description.
The contents of each bundle are clearly described on the product page. Please review the description before purchasing.
Single Setup Packs:
Each single setup pack contains at least 1 safe qualifying setup, 1 safe race setup, 1 esports qualifying setup, and 1 esports race setup for one track in the game unless marked differently in the product description.

4. Download Policy
Downloads are limited to five downloads per purchase over a period of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
If you require additional downloads beyond the five allowed, please open a support ticket in our Discord server, and we will assist you in accessing your files. Giving order number will expedite this process
5. Updates
Customers are entitled to free updates on their purchased setups for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
Updates will be provided through the original download link or via our Discord server. You will be notified when an update is available.
6. Support
Our support team is available through our Discord server to assist with any issues or inquiries related to your purchase.
For any download-related issues or update requests, please open a support ticket in our Discord server.
7. Intellectual Property
All setup files provided by The Setup Garage are the intellectual property of The Setup Garage and are for personal use only.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of setup files is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Disclaimer
The Setup Garage makes no guarantees regarding the performance or suitability of the setups for your specific needs or driving style.
All setups are provided “as is” and are used at your own risk. The Setup Garage is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our setups.
9. Amendments
The Setup Garage reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.
By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.
